More training options announced for fiscal year 2017

The Alliance for Diversity and Inclusion (ADI) committee recently announced open registration for fiscal year (FY) 2017 annual diversity training, which this year includes more opportunities to join facilitated sessions and more self-paced learning options.

Last year’s training offered a two facilitated sessions and a number of self-paced learning options that included eight articles and seven videos that employees would read or view. This year, several of the previous year’s options were carried over, and new ones were added. For FY 2017, there are six facilitated sessions, eleven articles, and twelve videos. Employees must submit one survey after their trainings are completed.

Training this year must be completed (including the survey) by April 14, 2017, to coincide with the annual performance dialogue process.
